Joss Stone (born Joscelyn Eve Stoker; 11 April 1987) is an English soul and R&B singer–songwriter and actress. Stone emerged to fame in late 2003 with her multi-platinum debut album, The Soul Sessions, which made the 2004 Mercury Prize shortlist. Her second album, the equally multi platinum Mind, Body & Soul, topped the UK Albums Chart for one week and spawned the top ten hit "You Had Me", Stone's most successful single on the UK Singles Chart to date. Both album and single each received one nomination at the 2005 Grammy Awards, while Stone herself was nominated for Best New Artist, and in an annual BBC poll of music critics, Sound of 2004 was ranked fifth as a predicted breakthrough act of 2004. She became the youngest British female singer to top the UK Albums Chart in history to have her first album at number one. Stone's third album, Introducing Joss Stone, released in March 2007, achieved gold record status by the RIAA and yielded the second-ever highest debut for a British female solo artist on the Billboard 200. Stone released her fourth album, Colour Me Free, on 20 October 2009.

Throughout her career, Stone has sold over 11,000,000 albums worldwide. Her first three albums have sold over 2,722,000 copies in the United States, while her first two albums have sold over 2,000,000 copies in United Kingdom. Stone has won two BRIT Awards and one Grammy Award. She also made her film acting debut in late 2006 with the fantasy adventure film Eragon, and made her television debut portraying Anne of Cleves in the Show time series The Tudors in 2009

My View:
Jose is really mind blowing singer and performer in R&B, Soul, Blues and Jazz genres. I will recommend her latest album "Color me free" to all. She has haunting, sensuous juicy voice with the melt of emotional ice. Her music gives light rock feel as well as jazz n blues....I love Jose Stone!!! One of the best singer among all the contemporary. Great singer!!!...2 thumbs up!!

I have no words to write about this living legend but why I am writing about her because her music is divulged in the roots of my musical mind. Shrey Singhal!!...Next Atif Aslam In Making!!

I was browsing something on youtube and found this guy Shrey Singhal randomly. When I listened this guy then I couldn't believe that this was his voice because his voice was 95% matching with Atif Aslam's voice. Although I never appreciate the copy of anything yet I liked this guy's work because he is too young and being a fan of Atif he is making his effort in his own ways. I don't have much information about him but this guy is from Faridabad city and gradually creating magical waves through his work at this young age. Every singer has some influence of  their senior singers in their singing career initially like Moh. Rafi and Mukesh used to sing like Talat Mehmood in his starting career and gradually they made their own style. Atif Aslam has a huge fan following of people in India-pak and definitely this guy could take advantage of this. Two of his songs video are quite popular on Youtube and people are discussing, appreciating and criticizing  his voice.

It's my privilege to write about such a wonderful and soulful artist Swapna Sundari . However I am not very regular on my blog but sometimes when you find something very unusual and unique music and musicians which directly touch your heart then you can't stop your emotions and views to express for it. Last year, I was really blessed to get in touch with great and genius musician " Pranam Kamlakar Ji" and through him only I came to know about this fairly talented artist Swapna Sundari Ji.
